More bandwidth for Nunavut schools
Starting with the 2011 school year, public schools across Nunavut have access to improved Internet connectivity enhancing Kindergarten to Grade 12 students’ ability to take advantage of online tools and information.
This new broadband service, providing dedicated bandwidth and satellite capacity, is made possible thanks to a partnership between the Government of Canada, the Government of Nunavut, the Nunavut Broadband Development Corporation (NBDC), and SSi Micro Ltd.
